It is the policy of Lynden Aged Care Association that personal, health and other sensitive information is managed appropriately with regard to collection, security, storage, use and disclosure, as identified throughout all processes; and in a way that ensures confidentiality and complies with all legislative, professional and ethical requirements associated with record keeping.

All requests for access to information are to be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer who is the Privacy Officer. The CEO can also assist with any enquiries you may have about the process.

We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.


To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
